The Liberian National Red Cross Society (LNRCS) as part of ongoing efforts aimed at developing the minds of Liberian youths has opened a youth centre to assist thousands of youths in that part of the country realise their potentials.
LNRCS' youth programme assistant, Patrick Dave Lloyd, says the organisation will ensure that every youth will be made to understand the importance and values attached to the new initiative.
